REFUND & RETURN POLICY

90-Day Return Policy

At Cellulose Naturals we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return eligible items within 90 days of the purchase date, subject to the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility for Returns

1. Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 90 days of the purchase date.
2. Condition: Items must be in their original, unused, and resalable condition, including all original packaging, tags, and accessories.  Restocking/Repackaging fee may be implemented for damaged products or will not qualify for return. 
3. Exceptions: The following items are non-returnable:
    • Clearance or final sale items
    • Custom or special-order products or same items ordered more than once
4. Bulk Orders: Large-volume orders may be subject to a restocking fee, which will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Return Process

1. Request Authorization: Contact your customer service representative to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization form (RMA) before returning any items. Returns without an RMA may not be accepted.  Your own RMA document will be acceptable. 
2. Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item received. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
3. Inspection & Processing: Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item(s). Approved returns will be refunded in form of store credit to be used against future purchases.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please report it to us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost to you. After the 7-day grace period we may be unable to help or will have to include a service fee.

Refunds & Store Credit

• Refunds will be processed as store credit that can be issued for future purchases.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of our error.

Changes to This Policy

Cellulose Naturals reserves the right to modify this return policy at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
